On 28 and 29 October 2008, the second edition of the international conference about the internet in Central and Eastern Europe – Internet CEE – took place in Warsaw, at Fabryka Trzciny. The event gathered almost 300 participants from 19 countries, who benefited from the occasion to establish new business contacts, compare the experiences of international companies and local leaders, and present data concerning their respective markets.

Participants
Among the participants were representatives of all branches related to the internet industry; owing to the immense diversity of presented subjects and the opportunity to share one’s experiences with others, the conference proved to be a supreme source of knowledge for all partakers. |
Programme
The subject matter of the conference included such themes as “New ways of advertising on the internet” and “Social networks”. Among the speakers were Mike Hess (OMD), Alexey Belayaev (“Internet and Business” Association), Andrey Sebrant (Yandex), Rok Hrastnik (Studio Moderna), Saša Škorić (Oglasnik), Matej Novák (Ataxo) and many others. The two days of the Internet CEE conference were filled with lectures, seminars and discussion panels, thoroughly answering the needs and expectations of the guests. |
